Prayer For Quitting Smoking
Heavenly Father, I come before You today with a humble heart.
I ask for Your strength and power to help me quit smoking.
This addiction has held me for too long, and I desire to be free.
I know my body is Your temple, and I want to honor You with it.
Please forgive me for the times I have not treated it with care.
Lord, I cannot do this on my own; I desperately need Your help.
When a craving comes, remind me of Your presence and Your love.
Replace my desire for a cigarette with a desire for Your peace.
Your word says that I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.
I claim that strength now for this journey towards freedom.
Heal my body from the damage that has been done.
Renew my mind and break the chains of this habit.
Give me patience and perseverance for each moment of resistance.
Surround me with Your angels for protection and support.
Help me to take one day at a time, leaning on You.
When I feel weak, be my rock and my fortress.
Let my victory be a testimony of Your goodness and grace.
I pray for others who are also fighting this same battle.
Thank You for hearing my prayer and for walking with me.
I ask for this freedom and healing in the mighty name of Yeshua.
