Prayer For My Son

Heavenly Father, I lift up my precious son to You today.

I thank You for the gift that he is and for choosing me to be his parent.

Lord, I ask for Your divine protection over his life every single day.

Guard his heart, his mind, and his body from all harm and evil.

Let him grow in favor with You and with people.

I pray that he will love You with all his heart, soul, and mind.

Place a desire in his spirit to seek after You all his days.

Surround him with good friends who will encourage him and build him up.

Keep him away from those who would lead him down the wrong path.

Give him wisdom and discernment to make good choices.

When he faces challenges, be his strength and his refuge.

Let him know that he can always turn to You, no matter what.

Bless the work of his hands and the path that he takes.

Your word says that You have plans to prosper him and give him hope.

I claim that promise over his life and his future.

Help me to be the parent he needs, full of patience, understanding, and love.

Fill our home with Your peace and joy.

Let his life be a light that shines for Your glory.

Thank You for hearing my prayer for my son.
